Meet Greg Harding, OCGFC Women's coach

Old Carey is delighted to introduce you to our inaugural Women’s coach, Greg Harding

Greg has been associated with Women’s AFL Football since 2011 in roles as a parent, volunteer helper and fitness coach. Through his daughters' involvement during this time he has gained a tremendous appreciation of the excitement, fun and player fulfilment of participating in AFL football.

Greg has a long connection to Carey, football and fitness. He is a Carey Collegian, boundary umpired 100+ senior AFL games and over his lifetime has dedicated himself to maintain a high level of personal fitness participating in a number of marathons and iron man half-triathlons.

Greg’s approach will be to ensure that the girls have opportunity to participate, improve their fitness and learn the skills of the game in an inclusive, fun and supportive team environment. He will also seek to make their parents feel welcome to come down, enjoy the game and support the girls.   Greg is very excited about the upcoming season and invites any girls to come down to training and have a go. No skill or experience prerequisites apply.

Greg invites anyone to call him and have a chat about Old Carey Women’s Football.  Call anytime on 0403 120 806
