Bleak weather, bleak football but Unders stand tall
A tough year is in the home stretch, but we know there's plenty more to take from 2016.
Results on the scoreboard haven't been going our way yet we are seeing the results off the field as the club builds depth, unity and resilience for the future.
Young Panthers rock the foundations
GENERATIONEXT is Generation NOW! The Panthers have made us proud with a magnificent win against St Kevins Old Boys. Get around them Panther fans!
What exactly did Taz cook up?
It's the half-way mark and off-field we've been kicking some great goals, while we know on the field we're going to take some big steps in the second half of the year.
A little ray of sunshine on a winter's day
Winter hit hard last week but all our teams adapted to the conditions well. The Under 19s led the way but despite the other sides losing there is definitely gold at the end of the rainbow.
Great courage in the face of adversity
Results are still going against us but the spirit and camaraderie around the club is fantastic, and the on-field performances are really starting to show we're heading in the right direction.
Round six saw us starting to find the goals but unfortunately so did our opposition.
More pain, but it will be worth it in the end
The results once again didn't fall our way, but we're blooding a lot of young talent and know we'll see the benefits in the long run.
A year is a long time in footy
12 months on and a lot has changed.
Our GENERATIONNEXT blueprint is always going to take time to show results, and while the wins aren't yet flowing, we are seeing positives across the club.
ANZAC Day and the pride of the Panthers
Another trying day on the scoreboard, but we couldn't be prouder of everyone involved for the way they represented the club on such an important day.
Hard work doesn't always mean reward
Despite the losses on the weekend, we can see where the coaching group is taking us, and there's plenty of reason to be excited about the people in charge of raising Generation Next.
It’s always a tough gig hosting Round 1 games. With the completion of an enormous pre-season for all clubs, coaches and committees have justifiable reasons to be optimistic and look for a win as reward for the hard work undertaken in the off season. The reality of round 1 is that only 50% of the clubs taste success and get rewarded, for the winners it’s onwards and upwards. Whilst for the losers it’s time to consolidate, learn fast and roll into R2 to with greater determination and no doubt some increased nerves.
The season is upon us and there's plenty to talk about already. Here's all you need to know in the lead-up to round one.
The club is thrilled to announce another sponsorship signing; our Pub of choice in 2016 will now be The Harp of Erin. This follows a 10 year relationship with the Geebung, who are now under new ownership and have opted out.
The club is thrlled to formally announce the signing of another major sponsor, Kay & Burton, Hawthorn Office.
The Club is thrilled to have released its new Website earlier this week. Special thanks to the team at ClubData for delivering a fantastic new site that covers all of our needs!
